Flexible rebooking
Up to 30 days in advance, you can convert your participation to a voucher for another edition free of charge.
Read more
Up to 30 days before departure: fully convertible to a voucher, free of charge.
Between 30 and 14 days: conversion is still possible, possibly with a small contribution towards costs already incurred.
Within 14 days: castle, catering, and locations have already been reserved and paid for, making conversion unfortunately no longer possible.

In case of extreme weather, we will reschedule the tour to a new date. Your ticket remains valid.

What if an edition is cancelled?
Should an edition unexpectedly be cancelled, you will receive a full refund for your participation or we will rebook you free of charge to a date that suits you.
