General Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions of Tour Electric, located in Wijnandsrade.

Article 1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Tour Electric: The user of these general terms and conditions, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 95665293.
Participant: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement for the purchase of services (tours).

Article 2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, reservations, and agreements concerning the services offered by Tour Electric for both the business market (B2B) and private individuals.

Article 3. Registration and Payment

3.1 An agreement is established after registration via the website or other written channels.
3.2 Payment is made exclusively in advance via the provided Tikkie link or by bank transfer.
3.3 Participation is only guaranteed once full payment has been received by Tour Electric.

Article 4. Cancellation and Refund

4.1 Up to 30 days before the start, you can convert your participation into a voucher for a subsequent tour. This way, your registration fee will not be lost. 4.2 Within 14 days before the tour, cancellation is no longer possible. Since we will have already reserved and paid for everything for you by then (such as catering and venues), we cannot offer a refund. 4.3 Cancellation can only be done by email.

Article 5. Execution and Liability

5.1 Tour Electric exclusively provides services in the form of tour guidance and organization. No vehicle rental takes place.
5.2 Participation is entirely at your own risk. Tour Electric is not liable for damage to vehicles, fines, theft, or personal injury during the tour.
5.3 Participants must possess a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle that complies with legal requirements.
